ABOUT ME

My name is Lee and I am an ACE certified personal trainer in Winchester, Tennessee. I have been active in the fitness industry for 20 years. I got my start working a low level childcare job at a local gym, promoted to front desk worker, leveled up to group fitness instructor (spin, dance aerobics, bootcamp, HIIT, kettlebells), gained the title of front desk manager and eventually personal trainer. All of this was at the same gym I initially joined in 2002 when I quit smoking, gained a lot of weight, and eventually decided it was time to take care of myself and live my life to the fullest (healthiest).

My story has a lot of ups and downs, as do many of ours - yours included, I'd wager. My opinions, knowledge, and approach to fitness has also involved a lot of ups and downs and reconfiguring over the years. I've been in many different shoes; powerlifting, bodybuilding, cycling, running, and the list goes on. I've also experimented a lot nutritionally; vegetarian, raw, paleo, whole30, juice fasting (30 days!!!), autoimmune diets, strict calorie counting. All of this has helped guide me to where I am today and how I approach my own fitness and health as well as help my clients do the same.

I promote inclusive fitness for all body types, shapes, and sizes. No matter your body type, there is a fitness path for you. I love to help everyone find a way to include exercise and healthy lifestyle changes into their lives. I encourage all things be done with love, and not hate, for our bodies. 

Everyone starts somewhere.

1 - ON - 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Private Sessions

If you are a loner and are just wanting to work privately with a trainer, this is your option. You will work ONLY with me and I will personalize each workout to accommodate your fitness level and personal goals. 

​

All sessions are 45min-60min long, depending on the program of the day. 

​

We will also take some time to discuss any lifestyle changes you are wanting to/willing to make in order to reach your goals successfully and timely. 

​

PRICES: 
$45 / per session   -  OR  -
$400 / 10 sessions   -  OR  -
$740 / 20 sessions

PARTNER TRAINING

Semi-Private Sessions

If you feel better about working out with someone else and have a partner in mind, this is a perfect option for you. Maybe you and your spouse want to workout together, or maybe you and a best friend are wanting to venture on a fitness journey together. 

Not only will you get to enjoy the company of a friend/loved one, but you will also enjoy the benefit of a financial discount. You know what they say: two heads (bodies) are better than one.

All partner sessions are sold in a 10 session or 20 session package deal and are 60 -75 min sessions. 

​

PRICES: 

$700 / 10 sessions

(or $35 each per session)

$1260 / 20 sessions

(or $31.50 each per session)

SPECIALTY TRAINING

Small Group Sessions

If you and a small group would like to get together and participate in one of my specialty format classes, this is the way to go. 

​

Group size is 3 - 5 people. 

​

Specialty format classes to choose from are: TRX Suspension, HIIT Intervals, Strength Training, Kettlebell Combos, Spin Cardio, and Bootcamp. 

​

This is perfect for: office staff, coworkers, small bridal parties, etc. 

​

Prices will vary based on number of people and class format selection. Time availability for this type of training is also limited to EARLY mornings and LATER evenings. 

​
