What is a strategy session? Is it something you should do?

If you have been wanting to start working out and don't know where to begin, a FREE strategy session is for you.

If you have been working out for a while but haven't been getting quite the results you desire, a FREE strategy session is for you.

What is included?
​
You and I will sit down comfortably and talk about where you are right now in your fitness journey. We'll discuss any injuries, surgeries, health issues, and limitations you currently have and go over any potential movement pattern issues that may need correcting in order to get you the best results.
​
We will look at your current lifestyle, eating patterns and habits, daily activities, and any lingering health issues in order to identify your main roadblocks when it comes to nutrition. You are a unique individual and your nutrition needs are unique to you, as well. I will not tell you what to eat and what not to eat. Instead, we will discuss small changes you can make in order to start seeing the changes you are looking to achieve.

By the end of our strategy session, you will

​have a realistic outlook on what kind of commitment it will take for you to achieve your goals, based on your level of readiness, lifestyle habits, health, and time you are willing to dedicate to a training program.

receive a sampling of strategies that you can start using in your daily life immediately to help achieve your goals.

learn the basics of beneficial exercises and training principles.

have an idea of any corrective (form) issues you can start working on to perform and move better.

will have a concrete idea of your training options as you embark on your fitness journey.
